Refunds are acceptable only due to manufacturing defects or breakage of the device caused by improper shipping.
If the customer does not claim the breakage of the product within 24 hours from the purchasing or receiving of the inhaler the saler / manufacturer are exempt from any responsibility.  

Returns
For this special item no replacements or returns are accepted for hygienic reasons. Returns are accepted only for manufacturing defects claims. All returns are analysed prior to any returns are effective.
